People say "A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words" when they refer to the idea that complex stories can be described with just a single still image.
Despite this modern origin of the popular phrase, the sentiment has been expressed by earlier writers.
"A picture shows me at a glance what it takes dozens of pages of a book to expound." (Ivan Turgenev) or even by Napoleon Bonaparte who said "Un bon croquis vaut mieux qu'un long discours" which means "A good sketch is better than a long speech".
The Chinese have their own version "1001 words is worth more than a picture", well they're Chinese so....they also think they are the heirs of the world.

And now i ask you all, What about a smile? Is it worth a thousand pictures? Or is it something more deeper?

Don't bother to answer if you're Chinese.

As I was walking home today, minding my own business, listening to some music with my new headphones, a song start playing in my mp4. I thought to myself, where were you all this time.
It has been ages since the last time I listen to it.
At the end I browsed it back so I could listen to it again, but I was amazed with what happened next. The song wasn't there anymore, I back and forth all tracks but still I couldn't find it.
The day before I had upload the tracks to my mp4, so I went to my pc to search for it, but hell no song to be found.

I had to search the web so I could listen to it again.
Was that a message of some kind? Did i really listened to it? I don't know what happened but sometimes I also see my watch second pointer rolling back.

Tonight I experienced a new feeling, I do not know how I perceived it though I know what it caused still I can not describe it.
One song came immediately into my mind and I knew in that exact moment that I had to fight for what I believe the most with fear of losing all.

Guilt, anger, inadequacy, embarrassment, shock, hurt and blame can all cause fear. You need to start believing that you are worth it.

Não há nada melhor como as coisas simples da vida. Um refúgio longínquo onde tudo se esquece e o descanso é máximo, onde não há preocupações e a vista da paisagem circundante nos deslumbra, e a vontade que se tem de tocar o céu azul é uma sensação que transcende a explicação. Ainda bem que existe a lembrança e a fotografia como registo dessa emoção, que para mim é única.

My first post. Aquela sensação.... mas que estou eu para aqui a inventar....bem temos sempre de começar por algum lado.
